IIm planning to buy to buy a iPhone 5s from united states with at&t carrier with 2 years contract. Does it mean that i have to use at&t carrier for two years. What will happen if i buy this and bring it to india unlock it illegally. Will the at&t will call to my regestered adderess. Are at&t are such a fool that they will give a $650 iPhone for $199.

The official website of apple says, it costs 99$ for 16 G. B and 199$ for 32 G. B. But how much we have to pay in India? When it will arrive?
