My iPhone 4S won't connect to neighbors Wi-Fi?

I have a iPhone 4S, I tried to connect to my neighbors Wi-Fi but every time after I put in her Wi-Fi password, it keeps saying " unable to join the network '___' ":( I went into her house to check out her Wi-Fi router, but i couldn't figure it out… Can anyone help me? Why does my phone keep saying that its unable to connect to my neighbors Wi-Fi?

The 5c or the 5s? Since I just got a Samsung Galaxy s4, I'll be sitting this one out and then get whatever Apple releases in 2015. Still plan on getting the next ipad mini, hopefully it gets a retina display.

So i'm from india and i already have iPhone 4. And i'm mad about iPhones.

$99 is basically 6000 INR. Very cheap huh. But if i get it feom india, it'll be of 35000 INR.

I think one can buy it for $99 with 2 year contract from US carriers. So can i get it for $99 by contacting my cousin who lives there?

Then i only will have to unlock it.

Or does the carriers charge you more after buying it for $99?

IPhone 5s Order Store Pickup? - 1

There are no pre orders for the iPhone 5S, only orders on day of release. I wanted to go and camp out at an Apple store to receive it the day of instead of wait until the phone ships to me. But of course with that, I'm not guaranteed a phone. But apple has a thing where you can buy the product online and have it ready to pick up at any apple store. So could I do that at midnight on release day and just camp out there, go in when it opens, and then get the phone and go? Or is it different for releases like that?

Iphone 5 stuck on apple logo for hours?

My iphone won't go past the apple logo, its stuck. I've tried to reboot it and everything but it still won't work. What else can i do, i don't want to restore it because i have important things there please help… It's been stuck on the apple logo for hours.
