So I recently found my Iphone (3gs, not jailbroken) and I don't remember the passcode anymore. I don't want to factory-reset the thing because I have allot of stuff on there that I don't want to lose. Is it possible to wait out the "Iphone is disabled, connect to ITunes" message, or is my only option to reset it?
Well you see, I'm basically gonna use it for music, mainly.
The iPhone 4 (jpl) is gonna cost me like several bucks more. But the thought of possible call&text feature with the use of gmate is like a bonus for me. (But I have no gmate yet… Don't even need a new phone anyway)
But then here comes iPod touch 4th gen, a few bucks cheaper than iPhone with almost the same use like that of the japan locked iPhone.
Which do you think I should get?
It only had a little water on it, maybe a 1/8th of a cup. I dried it off as fast as I could, and turned it off. I got my brother to take it apart, and dry some of the main parts. The back is still off of it, and both of them are sitting in the rice. Since it wasn't dropped in water, and its apart in rice, how long should i leave it?

This has been going on for about a week now and it happened suddenly.
My 3GS suddenly has terrible Wi-Fi signal strength, meaning that if I'm in my room now, I can't get Wi-Fi while sitting on my bed. I have to be on the same floor basically as my router.
Is there something I can do? Is there dust blocking something? Tips please?
I have a 32gb Black iPhone 4S on the Rogers network. It does have a couple problems however. The ear piece speaker is quiet, and the regular speaker distorts sound on higher volume levels. But it is a fully functioning phone that I intend to sell completely honestly. It is in 6.5-7/10 condition, just because of a few dings and scratches.neither the front or back glass is broken.
