How to recover iPhone 3G Memory?

I put some videos in my iPhone using CopyTrans. Because it took very long to update, I decided to exit the whole program and start again, because copyTrans is always crashing. I thought it had crashed so I restart again. After I plugged again my iPhone, the memory went from 3GB to 300MB. I checked if the movie was already in my phone but it was not there. I turn off my phone and open it again and checked the settings but the memory was still 3ooMb. I don't know where the other memory went. Can anyone help me?

My iphone 5 is acting so weird

I had it for almost a year now. I wanted to do something called, "Assessive Touch." It crashed my phone though and I restarted it. Now Siri comes up randomly and it plays songs whenever it wants to. (Like right now, it just played a song and it was sped up, and creepy). I've restarted it again but it doesn't fix anything. Hope you can help, thanks.
