How much is a 32gb iPhone 4S worth?

I have a white 32gb iPhone 4S on the Sprint network. Everything works fine except for the Wi-Fi and the phone only has 1 small scratch on the bottom left edge which is barely noticeable. I've always had it inside a case so it pretty much looks and works like new. The fact that the Wi-Fi doesn't work is my only concern. How much do you guys think it's worth?

Why am I being charged to send e-mails with pictures in them?

Please answer quickly if you can, this is kinda urgent sorry… So i have a monthly contract which allows me unlimited texts, so i get that i can't send picture texts, but to keep sending pictures to people i send them by email, but now, i get charged 25p to send an e-mail, which i think isn't fair, so does anyone know why this is happening? Btw, i have an iPhone 5 on t-mobile and EE as the carrier.

IPhone camera light won't go off?

A bit of juice got into my phone, now the camera light won't shut off. I tried restarting it, resetting it, draining the battery, taking a picture/video it just shows up black on both cameras. What can I do to make the light go off?
