It was at 98% then i played clash of clans when i stopped it was at 68% then i kept playing other games it lost about 50% in 1 hour… Why? It wasn't like this yesterday. How can I make it run out slower the brightness is at like 25% any ways to make it run out slower?

For my than a month, my iPhone has not been syncing to my computer. When I plug it in to the cord, it will charge but iTunes won't recognize my iPhone at all. Therefore I can't put any new music or videos on my phone. This is not the first time this happened, but it is the longest time its happened. Also I've tried my brothers iPhone and it still does not pick it up. How do I get my computer and iTunes to recognize my iPhone?
I dropped my 5 day old White iPhone 4s in water on accident /: it was in it for 5-6 seconds. I watched the screen go black. I was in shock took me a second to take it out. I could hear texts and feel vibrations from texts after. I could hear Siri. But my screen was black. Eventually.sound went out. But, i was able to manage to turn it off. (probably too late by then, i know). My question is, how long do i keep it in rice? And i have no insurance/no protection plan from Best Buy. So i might have to do the OOW (Out of Warranty) through Apple. Have you ever done that. Do the refurb phones cause trouble? Thanks for your help.
Added (1). Thanks man. I've taken it out a few times being nosey and impatient so it probably slowed the process down.lol. And, there's an Apple store in my city. So i called them and they said i can go there and replace it for 199. I just don't know if i should trust a Refurbished phone.

I'm on my wi-fi at home, and apparently my DSi can't use it or something, so since my iphone's on the Wi-Fi, I'm wondering if making a personal hotspot would be kind of like a go-between. So what I'm asking is, if I make a hotspot with my phone (That's on AT&T wi-fi), will it use up my personal data? I have very limited data so I'd like to know before I try it.
