Best Buy sells iphone 4 for $50, which is great! But I don't want a contract. My current phone is a Metro PCS phone and I wanna know if I can jailbreak it or whatever to make the company to Metro PCS. Any help?

Iphone 4 stuck on low battery screen?
Ok, my daughter is in crisis:/ Her iphone 4 is stuck on the low battery screen and won't budge. We have tried to restore through itune and it comes up as an error and says it can't complete restore. Other than trying to restore the phone, it will not leave the low battery screen. The iphone is jailbroke and unlocked to use with t-mobil. As anyone expienced this and what is the solution to get it to work properly? We have tried a hard restart but that doesn't work either.
IPhone 4S dying even though it shows battery still has power 20-40%?
The phone is new I haven't had it for a month and its already giving me problems. It's dying before it hits 0%.It start dying at 0 but then slowly started dying with more battery left. What might be the problem? What could I do to fix it?

I'm HAVING IOS 7 BETA 4 IPSW FILE FOR MY IPHONE 5. CAN I STILL UPDATE IT TO IOS 7 BETA 4 AS IOS 7 BETA 5 HAS BEEN RELEASED. ALSO I CAN'T DOWNLOAD IOS 7 BETA 5 AS DUE TO SLOW INTERNET CONNECTION. So THINKING TO FIRST UPDATE FROM 6.1.4 TO IOS 7 BETA 4 AND AFTER THAT OTA UPDATE TO BETA 5
How to type in Cyrillic at my Apple US International keyboard?
It's easy to type in Cyrillic at my iPhone and my iPad, but not easy in my Mac. I own an Apple US international keyboard.
I don't want to switch or change US international to Russian Cyrillic, because I will be very confused. For example:
Q (US international) = Й (Russian Cyrillic), but Й means Y. And Y (US international) = н, which means N.
I will be confused with these keyboards.
I prefer to write in Cyrillic at US International keyboard. Is it possible?

Why can't I convert these photos?
I took pictures off an Iphone. Tried to open them on my Windows 8 laptop. I can download them, but when I open the pictures, it tells me the file type is not supported. So I tried two different online converters. Both of them said that an error had occurred each time. I tried converting the files to BMP, TIFF, GIF, and JPEG.

I took pictures on my uncles Iphone and tried downloading and opening them on my windows 8 laptop. I can download them, but the file type does not seem to be compatible with windows. I can convert the photos to a different file type but which file types are compatible with windows?
