Why are my photos saving like this?

Today my husky dug up a hole in a plant barrel we have outside of our house because he was hot.So, I took a picture of him and when the picture got saved to my camera role it saved as a blank grey picture with "JPG" in the middle of the photo. Why did it save like that? How can I fix it? Can I get that picture back or no? Because I want to show the picture to my mom and post it. My iPhone 4s has been doing this for a while now. But only to certain pictures. Someone please help me?

Iphone lock button broken, is there any alternative to lock iphone?

My iphone 3G lock button is totally damaged and is out of warranty and I can't afford to get it repaired. I was wondering is there any app which can convert "silent" button to lock button. Or may be an app on which i can manually lock the device.
By the way my Iphone is jailbroken, and "accessibility" is not accessible.

IPhone home button won't work?

I have an Iphone 3gs that I've had for quite a while but it has recently had a little water damage. It kept switching off and the screen kept going black but after turning it on and off a few times it seemed to be okay, apart from the camera doesn't come on and my home button broke. I've been using notifications when I pull the screen down to get on different apps and I've also been switching the phone off and on to return to the home screen. I've been looking online for different quick fixes because I don't really want to have to replace the phone. Is there anything else I could do?

I have found vulgar emails on my Hotmail which look like they have been sent from me through my Hotmail account, from my IPhone and have been moved to files in my account, I don't know how they got there, when I emailed the other person in the conversation to find out what was going on I had a failure notice (which tells me the email address does not exist) and there's no IP address attached to the email.
