Which Canon (or different brand) camera is the best for this?
I just started using my iPhone 5 camera quite a bit nowadays. On my iPhone I'm able to tap on the screen to focus on an image in the background and have the picture focused on that and the other way around. Obviously I'd like to have it a much better quality so if I decide to print it and/or upload it on a site it'll look much better and detailed. I was thinking about some of these:
Canon Elph 115 IS (IXUS 132 HS)
Canon PowerShot A1400
Canon PowerShot A2500
Or it could be a different brand. I just want something that takes good quality photos and that can focus on the foreground or background whenever I want it to.
Here's what I mean:

Also, would it be possible to send the file to someone who would be able to put it on a larger scale so it can be in a larger frame? Or would that require a more expensive camera?
