How do you uninstall a software update from iPhone 5s?

Recently, I had an update which messed up some of my apps. I have been trying to find ways to uninstall it. But, I can't do it. I have gone through these steps on my phone: SETTINGS -> GENERAL -> IPHONE STORAGE

After the last step, I can't find the DELETE UPDATE option. Can someone help me with my issue? Does anyone have the same problem with the iPhone 5s?

I need to get in my broken iphone and its not working

My iphone screen broke and i can't get the side that broke (left side) to work. Half of my passcode is made of numbers on the left side, and i really need to get in my phone. I opened it once and then mistakenly closed it after a while. I pressed down on where it was cracked and continuously pressed a button until i got it to work, rinse and repeat for the other 3 numbers. What do you think i should do? We ordered a new phone but it isn't here yet and i have to make due with this one for a while and i need to look at a notification on it.

it displays the time and date correctly despite a few lines that are darker going down the left side of the screen and also it's brightness is going everywhere. I'm fine with this, but i need to open the phone itself.

IPhone 5c w/ random passcode?

Ok, so today I just got my old phone back (my brother was supposed to get it but our carrier wouldn't let us) and it had a random password on it… I tried my old passcode, my dad tried his, and my brother never got the phone… Any idea on why this happened, and how to reset it? (It was reset before this happened) did our carrier put a password on it? (It's locked) and my pc says "network error" when I try to reset it.

Would it be legally normal for Law Enforcement members to give a civilians spy monitoring equipment to help them spy on their neighbor?

My example would be monitoring the targets home phone service so they can receive the incoming phone calls of the target home phone so that they can receive the phone numbers of the people who are calling the target house so they can spy on the people that call using their number as well. When the target phone makes a phone call, they can listen on whom they are having a conversation with real time and know what number they dial so that they can spy on the phone number they dial as well.

If they use a mobile device such as an IPhone, or Android Phone, if they just have the number of the phone, they can track them, receive their outgoing and incoming phone calls, receive their texts messages outgoing or incoming.

These software programs like Highster Mobile, Auto Forward Spy, ddi utilities that use to claim that you needed physical access to the phone you wanted to spy now say that you do not need the physical access of the phone you just need the login information. However, from many people that I have talk to they say all you need is the active working phone number of the target phone.

Anyhow, is it legal? If I can prove my neighbors are doing this what can I do legally to arrest have them arrested. If law enforcement of any kind is allowing them to do this because they had, no idea someone would figure it out how much trouble would they be in if the right people found out. Could they be doing this all on their own even though they do not appear to be hackers?

Added (1). If police, FBI, or CIA were investigating the neighbor would it make it legal for them to use the technology to help spy on them?
