Is it better to go to at&t or apple?

My lock button on my iphone 4 doesn't work and my home button goes on and off randomly sometimes. I was hoping to get a new one for free or really cheap just to replace it. Would apple or at&t give me a better deal for my phone?

I have a HP Pavilion G Series Lap Top. I use my Lap Top for surfing the internet, downloading movies, syncing my Iphone and checking surf reports. I do not Facebook and I'm not a gamer. I'm looking to speed up my computer by deleting unneeded programs. Which of the below can I delete?

High data usage on iPhone 5?

I'm with Telstra, on a $130/month plan, I get 4.5GB of data a month, which I assumed would be plenty, as when I had an iPhone 4 I used roughly 3GB/month. But, I get messages within the first three days of my month saying I've used all of it. I'm not even using it that much, I check social networking sites every few hours, and then exit out of the app (by double clicking the home button and exiting the app completely) I also have LTE turned off, as well as automatic updates. I don't know where my internet is going, because I can't even use 4.5GB on my computer in a few days let alone using that much on my phone. Anyone have the same issue/any ideas?

Added (1). The only apps that use internet that I have are Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat. And I only use them a few times a day before exiting them completely, I don't sit on the app all day.

Internet help for Verizon! Please

Okay, I have a Verizon modem model 6100G. Also a NETGEAR router. The only things I have connected to the Internet are my Xbox, IPhone, and IPod and occasional Hp home Computer. (Which is not the routers fault it keeps disconnecting) Every so often lately (been going on for about 5-6 months now) My Internet will stop working, my modem has three lights for Internet, data, and DSL, and the Data and DSL with keep flashing fast. The Internet light will sometimes turn red but that's 3/10 times. It will have really good times like no issues for a week. But this past 2-3 weeks its been working for about 10-30 minutes and will just stop working. We have Verizon phone too, but that works fine, at the moment. FiOS is not available in my area. To get it working again for a little bit I will unplug the Modem and turn off the router, and it will work for a bit, not work at all, or for about 10-30 minutes. Any suggestions to help fix it, or should I just switch to a different company instead? (Trying to save some money) All answers are welcome please and thank you!

Twitter app won't accept my password?

My twitter app on my iphone won't let me sign in. I know my username + password are correct because I was able to sign in on my laptop, but when I try on the app it says they can't be authenticated. Also, I can't reset my password? When I try it says the password can't be accepted, no matter how many different ones I try. I've deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times and turned my phone on and off countless times but nothing works. This is so frustrating! Does anyone know how to help?

Can apple replace my iphone?

I got an iphone 4s an unlocked one from virgin mobile which almost cost or did cost 500 dollars! This was febuary 2013 it would freeze on me if i was playing music, games, internet, or calling i asked my cousin that same week when i got if it's normal for it to do that she said yeah some of my friends said that's never happened to them at first i'm all like yeah it probably is normal but over the months it started freezing on me more and i had no clue why but it did not really bother me now its starting to bug me is it possible i apple can give me a new iphone or refurbrished one? I still have the box and charger but lost headphones my iphone still looks new its just the freezing part gets me mad now and it will only freeze whenever the phone wants 2! And i also don't have the warranty.

Added (1). Oh yeah forgot to mention one thing when i charge it usually heats up? And i only leave it for an hour to charge.

IPhone Plugged in to other iTunes and Info shared?

I'm now being a little bit paranoid, I just bought an iphone and just now my sister connected my iphone to his mac book with itunes and my phone just change the device name to her device name.
Then suddently there's alot of APP waiting to be installed in my phone, I manually deleted all.
Do you think there's any info shared with her?
When someone message me will it go to her aswell?
