Will my iphone 4s have water damage
Okay before i got in my pool, i put my iphone 4s on a chair next to the poor a little whiles away for music, i got in my pool and played around… A bug was floating, so i swished it out with my hand, a few seconds later i realized i could of splashed my iphone and i got out. It had a few drops on the screen protector, a few drops on the speakers, and it had water on the back of it on the camera and the apple logo. Now my case is supposed to be water proof, it is an otterbox but however i believe the speakers and the camera and the apple logo are exposed, to take pictures, and to make my speakers work louder.however, these got splashed a little. I immediately dried it with a towel, then put it in a shirt and let it dry out for two hours because its hot here. After that, i took a blow dryer and dried the wet parts for about 5 minutes. Then i checked the headphone jack it does not have any signs of red or pinkness, i checked the charging port and same. I don't think it has water damage on the outside, however the ones under the back could have triggered but i don't have screws.anyways, i shut my phone off even before i checked, when it happened i shut it off, however i was wondering if i turn it on could the strips change colors if its on? Or would they have already? Is it safe to turn my phone on? I just did for a second and no color changes but i hope if i turn it on the strips won't change if they arent doing so now while its off?
