I have the iphone 4 and the lock button broke and i'm currently in libya. There isn't an apple store in libya and my warranty ends on august 19, 2013 but i'm coming back on september 2, 2013. Do you think they would make an exception for my case. I really hope someone who works at apple could help me or answer my question.
I have an IPhone 3GS, and I have Samsung headphones (earbuds), the ones that block out noise (I think, I got them for my birthday). And I'm pressing the buttons on the little remote that's attached to the wire and there's the three buttons, a play/pause button, and an up and down volume buttons (one of each, obviously). I kept pressing them, and my loud music (A Rammstein song if you really care.) played through when I hit the play/pause button. Why does the play/pause button work, but the volume buttons don't? It doesn't make any sense. I mean, why design them like that? More importantly, is there a way I can get the volume buttons to work?
Or should I save more money and get an iPhone 5?
Okay so I have been able to upload videos to YouTube via my iPhone 3GS before but I come back from holiday try to upload and it won't let me. My Wi-Fi is fine and I can access the YouTube app but when I go on camera roll and go on the video to upload, it says I have to sign in. When I try it says it is wrong username/password and it isn't I have tried it many times. The video is 10 minutes long. Any help?
I'm trying to install ios7 and it sort of worked. By that I mean that it freezes at the setup screen where it says welcome. I can't slide to unlock or turn it off I can only put it into recovery mode and restore it back to 6.1.3 which I do not want is it freezing because it is installed incorrectly or because my laptop went to sleep during the update and that my iphone is pretty hot.
I have an iPhone 4. I'm traveling to Ukraine soon and would like to be able to text my friends that are back in the United States. My provider is Verizon, and I have a data plan that resets every month. Apparently, 3G won't work for me while I'm there (don't know this for sure?) and my grandparents (who I will be staying with) don't have wireless. Any apps that can solve this, or am I royally screwed? I don't need video or voice calling, just texting; I don't even mind if the app itself is kind of buggy, as long as it does the job.
I tried going through AT&T but i do not have a receipt. How would i go about this?
I'm at my aunts house on her computer and since my iphone is off i can only use it when i have Wi-Fi and she doesn't know the password: p so how do i find out the password to her Wi-Fi…

My friend has the Iphone 4 and I'm getting the Iphone 4s soon. I read that Iphone 4's can only Facetime with other 4's. Is that true?
This gets a bit complicated, so I'll do my best. I was using my brothers iTunes and iCloud account on his MacBook, so all of my information and music is backed up on his computer. He's leaving for college next month with his computer, so I created a new Apple ID and downloaded iTunes on my own PC laptop. I'm not familiar with iCloud, but on my iPhone I want to switch accounts so everything is now connected to my new email, rather than my brothers. However, some things in settings I can't change the email, like iCloud.
Secondly, I've got quite a bit of music on my phone, and I'd like to keep it. I can't back it up on my new iTunes account because anywhere I plug it in, I have to "restore to factory settings", and thus losing all of my contacts, pictures and music. How can I back up my stuff so I don't lose it all? I have to reset my phone any way I go, but I want to keep my stuff.
Any relevant help or advice would be GREAT!
