My jailbroken iPhone 4S is on black screen for 10 minutes at least, won't turn on but takes screenshots and Siri, this happened after I tried to launch an app after it crashed. What can I do? I'm freaking out? I don't have any tweaks or anything.

It's jailbroken. I can't delete apps in any way, I tried going to the Settings, I tried holding the home button and the power button, but I still can't delete any apps. What should I do to let my phone delete apps again?
So I'm in the middle of getting a new phone and have decided to get the Samsung galaxy s3 instead of the iPhone 4s but can't decide which network to get it on.

Now obviously the three contract would be cheaper but I have heard about issues with their network.
Also telco offer capped contracts so there will be no overspend and use O2 network.
So which would be better in terms of network and overall?
Added (1). Obviously the tariffs have swapped. The one that says tesco is 3 and the one that says 3mobile is tesco
If I turn it off will it still put my pictures in photo stream and other people can see them? Or will it just like not put my pictures in photo stream anymore for people to see?
I just received the phone I bought from ebay. I went to the T-Mobile store to get a SIM card. Everything was set up but it says "No Service". I looked up the solution but nothing really worked. I put on and off airplane mode, it says searching then quickly goes to "No Service". I set it up with iTunes too and it said "Congratulations, you have successfully unlocked your iPhone". I also restored it about 2 times. I called and they didn't help. I tried another SIM card and it didn't work as well. Any suggestions?
I have an iPhone 4 8gb, which I know, the storage is very small. I literally have 1.5 pages of apps, 150 songs, and 600 pictures but I still can't take one picture. It says that my memory is full, but I keep deleting apps and I still can't take pictures. I've deleted 50 pictures before and I could only take a couple pictures with the amount I deleted before it got full again. It's really frustrating because I don't have that much on my iPhone but I can't even take one picture. What's wrong with my iPhone?

I know about Mewseek and have used it before but when I plug my iPod into my computer so I can transfer all the music from Mewseek to my un-jailbroken IPhone, all the music from Mewseek gets deleted. Is there any way to get free music to stay in my iTunes library on my computer so I can transfer it to all of my Apple devices (preferably with Cydia)?
