What is needed to charge electronics in Europe?

My daughter is traveling to Germany, Switzerland, Hungary, and Austria next week. She wants to take her Apple iPhone, camera, and I'm sure her hair straightener and dryer. From what I gathered, she will need an electric transformer? Will the transformer take care of everything or do I also need adapters and converters? Apple sales a world travel adapter kit, but is that all one needs to charge the iphone? Or Does one need a transformer? Where can I purchase these items inexpensively? We're not frequent overseas travelers, but I want to protect her belongings and allow her to use them on her trip.

Added (1). I did not see a label on the iPhone. Are they dual wattage?

Added (2). She is going on a student trip. We were told by her chaperones, who have traveled to the area, that she will need adapters/converters/transformers. They are not staying in the regular "tourist" hotels.

What's going on with my iphone 4S? - 1

My iphone 4S fully charges and as soon as I take it off charge the battery meter goes from 100% to 1% in an hour but the charge still seems to hold for the time it should it just says its 1%. Now my phone died as I didn't know when to charge it and now it won't turn on but it recognises that power is going into it. This has happened before but it turned on a few days later and has been okay for a few weeks and now it happening again.

Syncing my Iphone 5 onto a different computer's ITunes?

So I've been using my dad's computer to sync my iphone 5 and buy music from the library and stuff, but recently his computer broke and isn't working, so I have been wanted to just use my mom's laptop because I do have some music on there from previous Ipod's and things i'd like to have. But I had a question. Since you can't sync an iphone to two computers, if I back up my Iphone to my mom's computer, then do the "Erase and Sync" and restore it to that same back up, will my iphone then be synced on my mom's computer, and will I be able to get music from her computer, all while still keeping everything I backed up? I'm not sure if this makes any sense but I just really want to be able to use my mom's computer now for getting music and syncing stuff onto my iphone, but I also don't want to have to erase all the data that was already on it! My dad's computer won't probably be fixed for a while so I was just going to use hers from then on if it did work.

Iphone 4 to samsung galaxy s4 problems

I recently switched from and iphone to the samsung galaxy s4. I love it
but i'm experiencing a problem that my phone provider doesn't know how to fix either.
My iphone is gone and was wiped clean and the sd card shredded. On my other apple products I disabled imessage from being able to happen to my number and can only accept imessages from my iphone.
when I text people who had my imessage there messages they send only send to my apple products and don't go to my phone but rather my ipad.
I'm not sure what is wrong but I really want to fix the problem as soon as possible!
Help me if you have any suggestions!

Added (1). I got my phone basically at a setting like best buy/future shop.
And they have all the carriers and stuff there. And all are pretty knowledgeable but all they can think of us is takimg my number out of my apple products like I already have. Or to disable my imessage completely but I don't want to disable it! Because I use it with family and stuff

Added (2). My phone receives texts form non apple users and droids perfectly fine.
But Like my brother. He has an iPhone 5. And he texted me. And the texts don't go through as texts but as iMessages and only get received on my iPad. Rather than being sent as texts and received as texts on my s4.
So I'm not sure what is up.

How to find out my data plan and how much data I have left?

I just get an iPhone and I got the smallest data plan I could. I really don't want to go over and I want to know how much data I have left! I've gone to settings, general, and usage to where it brings up sent and received and I don't understand all of that? Can someone help?

Is Japanese hard to learn? I heard it has over 3, 000 characters

I'm a Afro-Canadian (17) female, and I'm DYING to learn Japanese. I put "Japanese" in quotes in the title because I'm not too sure that that's the right title to use. Just like you don't speak "Chinese", it's Cantonese, Mandarin, etc.
So, I've downloaded apps on my iPhone, I've even printed some words to try and read, but I simply can't teach myself. T_T. Would it be better for me to actually go to Japan and learn more there, or should I get a tutor? Is it hard to learn? Or am I "challenged"?

What does other mean in itunes?

When, I sync my iPhone to iTunes, it says that I have 9.33gb of "other".

I have the 64gb model of the iPhone 5 and I recently got, it so there isn't much that I have on there.

I don't know what the "other" means and I'd like to reduce the amount of space it takes up. (For example, if it requires deleting some of my stuff, that's okay)

I think "other" is contacts, messages, calendar events, and stuff like that, but there's no way I have that many because I only have about 70 contacts, nothing in my calendar, and I delete my messages when I'm done having the conversation.

So if anybody can tell me what "other" means and how to reduce the amount of "other" that is on my phone, that would be really helpful.
