IPhone deleting notes I didn't delete?

This is the second time it's happened: I delete one note on my iPhone, and when I go back to the notes app later there are multiple missing. This is very concerning, because important things were deleted. All the help I've looked up seems risky, and I don't want to risk losing the note forever. How can I get my note back?

How did he make a pic on Kik look like he took it from his camera not gallery?

I have been talking to a guy for 3 months now and I had a feeling he was fake. I asked him to take a pic holding a paper that said my name but he said that he will take a pic on his Kik from his camera so if he was fake he wouldn't be able to take a pic from the camera, he would go to his gallery. On Kik when he sent the pic it said "camera" above it, not gallery. But the awkward thing about the pic was that he was holding an iPhone 5 when he told me he had a 4. Then I deleted the convo by mistake so I asked him to send the pic again to show my friends he wasn't fake, and he sent the exact same pic but it still said "camera" not gallery? He sent me the first pic at 8pm and then the second at 3:30am?! He doesn't like me in a girlfriend way, he thinks of me as a sister and he even told me that. I know he's fake but how did he make it look like the pic was from his camera, not gallery!

Iphone 4 recovery mode on itunes?

Yesterday night my iphone 4 completely cut off, i left it on the charger over night hoping it'll come on, it didn't, i have tried pressing the home button and top button for 10 secs but it didn't work either, I also plugged it to itunes but it says error 1600. What else ca i do to get my phone back working. I called the itunes store ad they said it would cost $400 for a new phone

I've lost my basic phone from Verizon and my friend gave me his old iphone 3. How the heck do I activate it? Can I unlock it without a service? I don't care if I can't call or text but I want the other features.

I bought a unlocked verizon iphone 5 off craigslist. I don't know if its stolen or not. It is for verizon but it is unlocked. If it ends up getting reported as stolen or lost. Will i still be able to use the phone on tmobile?
