How to get the 9 dots passcode for my iPhone without jailbreaking it?

I want to get the passcode that is run through android but everyone I know seems to have it on their iPods/iPhones how can I get the same without jailbreaking my phone?

Why is my Internet so freaking bad

So I come home and I try to use the Internet and I use the browser google chrome and I try to watch YouTube and it keeps loading and lowering the quality and even then keeps loading. I keep resetting it and it works for like 5 minutes. Even on my iPhone it sucks even if I use 3G and its horrible. Sometimes it won't even use load the pictures it just has weird symbols in the middle of where it's suppose to be. It's never been this horrible. Sometimes the video on YouTube says an error has occurred please try again later. It's sunny outside and even the signal strength says excellent until I connect then it says fair or good when that's a total lie. I'm not using or downloading anything and there's not weather interference outside its sunny. The light near wireless on my modem keeps blinking as well as te Ethernet and its so annoying can someone help me please?

IPhone says 'iPhone Disabled Connect to iTunes'?

I connected my iPhone to iTunes but I need to restore it. I haven't backed it up so is there a way to keep my pictures and stuff?

'iTunes could not connect to the iPhone because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the iPhone before it can be used with iTunes.' - HOW!

How do I enter my passcode?

IPhone 4s working again after water damage?

My phone was fully submerged in water when I found it in my purse a couple days ago. It has been sitting in rice since then, so I took it out and plugged it in and it was working perfectly fine for about ten minutes, but then it told me the temperature was too hot. Any advice? Has this happened to anyone before?
