For instance, if I have access to Wi-Fi, can I use my apps and iMessage without being charged extra?
I know you have to turn data roaming off so you don't get charged.
If you receive a text or call, will it be charged? Or only if you open the text?
I'm traveling abroad and I just want to know how I can use my iPhone 5 internally without being charged!
Ok so a cupple of months ago I got a $50 upgrade to a Samsung seek and got a 2 year contract. But for my birthday I want to buy myself the iPhone 4. How much would it cost? Will it cost more because I didn't wait for my next upgrade?
I've tried about 2394723 times to text snapchat on my iPhone 4s to verify my number because it is such an effort to manually add people since most of my friends have snapchat.
I thought this could be because my contract didn't allow texts to international numbers (mine is a uk number) but i couldn't get any help on this. Instead I downloaded an app where you can text international numbers. It worked with my American cousin but it still won't send to snapchat! It is really annoying and I just want to get it verified so i don't have to get everyone to remember my username.
So if anyone knows why it doesn't work or has any useful tips/suggestions/answers or maybe another way i can verify my number? That'd be really helpful
So my mom wants a phone that does really good for taking videos with the camera. Now I have the iPhone 5 so she wants a different phone, either the HTC one or the Samsung galaxy s4. She wants to know which quality is on par with the iPhone 5's quality. Ex. I can take a good sounding quality video of a band and it sounds pretty good and clean. My old HTC Evo 4g couldn't even take a video of a band playing without sounding really bad. So my question is. Which of the two, the HTC one or the Samsung galaxy s4 is the best at taking good quality videos like the iPhone 5?
I live in the UK and Bates Motel (which is a TV show) is broadcasted on a channel called A&E, which I believe to be shown only in America.
I tried to switch google.co.uk to google.com so that I could find some catchup websites or maybe the A&E site but it kept redirecting it.
I also tried to find an A&E app on my iPhone but I don't think that's available in the UK either.
Any suggestions?
Last night I was on fb just browsing some posts on my iphone and then I had slid over to the messenger thing because it shows when the last time someone was active Example: 15m, 2h. Anyways I saw that my boyfriend had been active 15 minutes ago but he had told me he was going to bed an hour prior to the time I saw that. I confronted him and he got upset saying he was asleep and that he had not been on fb. I'm wondering if this has happened to other people as well? We got in an argument over it and I don't want to accuse him if he wasn't really on. I was just wondering how accurate it is when someone was last on? It also showed that he was on several times throughout the night at ridiculous times like 4 & 5am. I'm just wondering if fb updates that shown time if you never close out of the app completely?
So my phone accidentally fell into the toilet and it was in there for like a second maybe less. After that i shook it off and cleaned it with paper towels and then put it under the hand dryer to wash it off. I went home and put it into rice for about 11 hours and then plugged it in and now it works when its plugged in but as soon as i plug it out it turns off. It says plug into iTunes when i put it on the charger but when i plug it into iTunes it doesn't do anythiing. It turns on the white apple sign comes up and then turns off and keeps doing that. I put it back in rice to see what happens… What can i do? Is it the battery? Please help
