So I have an Iphone 4 which was once connected to Verizon well its been dissconnected for awhile now and in order for me to download newer apps I needed the newest software so I hooked it up to my Itunes and updated it well now its asking me for my Verizon account info to activate it and if you don't do that it won't even let you use it as an iPhone. Is there any way around that any help would be appreciated!

I bought my friends phone off him as he upgraded to the 4s he called orange to change the network they said this will take 4 weeks and cost £20.48
It has been about 3 months now and nothing, when we call them they don't give an explanation for this, should I wait or pay to get it unlocked somewhere else,
Would orange compensate for my inconvenience?

I'm looking for games similar to clash of clans, battle nations, and any location based games. Free or paid doesn't matter to me. I've played a few location based games on my iPhone but now I've got an iPad and want to download them there however I've forgotten the names. I have looked in my purchased history but they aren't there. And if there are any games similar to contract killer, dragon hunter, city builder games and kabam's arcane empire; kingdoms of Camelot etc.
Right now I have the HTC Radar with T-mobile and I really hate the phone. Next year I'm going to college and want to get the iPhone because of the variety of apps that it has (especially social apps) and I think it would be a great thing to have in college. My parents would pay for my plan, but Id have to pay for the phone, so the fact that the plan is cheaper doesn't do too much for me. So is the iPhone worth its full price tag for a 4 year college student?
