Bought iPhone 7 on eBay. Had a 10 day cooling period to send back. Contacted them in time but no reply. What to do next?

So 2 months ago I bought an iPhone 7 on eBay for When I received the phone I realised that it wasn't what I wanted and the description on the phone told me I had 10 days cooling down period which means I could send it back within 10 days of receiving it without any reason. I emilaid them within 6 days of receiving it and they did not contact me back. I went and contacted PayPal, my credit card holder etc and nobody did anything. Just wondering what should I do now as I do want to get my money back as the phone is not what I wanted.

I'm 15. I made a YouTube channel when I was 12

I made a channel when I was 12 and people in my school bully me cause of it. That was on my iPhone 4 and now I have a iPhone 7. But I don't know the email/password. Is there a way that I can call google/YouTube to delete my old channel/videos.

Can i swap phones but keep the same contract?

I have a s7 on a 2 year contract with vodafone. Can i get a new phone e.g an iphone and continue my contract with the new phone - so i put the SIM card from my s7 into the new phone will it work? (If its unlocked to any services). Or would i have to pay to cancel the contract. (In the UK)

IPhone Signal Issues

Here s the gist of my issue; my sister and I both have an iPhone 5s. Both phones were purchased only roughly half a year apart. We're both on the same exact phone carrier AND data plan. And yet, for some reason, she gets FULL bars and service up here in Happy Jack, AZ. I mean for christssake, there's even a Verizon tower two hundred feet away from us. I get NO SERVICE whatsoever. I tried calling customer support. I tried resetting my data network. Nothing has worked and it's been like this almost two years now. Anyone know the problem here?

How to get itube on new iPhone?

I previously had a iPhone 3GS and I had itube installed on it. I got a new iPhone se but can't download itube off the App Store. I was wondering if there was a way I could either transfer my itube from my old iPhone, onto my new one, or somehow get itube off the internet and install it on my iPhone.
