My friends thought it would be funny to change my password, but now they can't remember it anymore! How can I access my Iphone 5 again. I don't mind resetting my whole phone, it's very new anyway. I have iTunes on my PC, if that helps! Any help/guidance would be hugely appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I currently own an iPhone 5.It's pretty good so far, I just think the operating system is too simple and I'm disappointed that there are still no open source apps. I was thinking about jailbreaking my iPhone, but then I came across Android devices. I have been taking a look at the Note 2 lately, I like the bigger screen, the customization, open source apps, and the S pen.
I'm a big fan of apple, I don't know if I should stick with my iPhone and jailbreak it, or switch over to Android.
Do you have any advice for me?

I bought some songs off of Itunes from my Iphone 4. I'm trying to get the music I have from my computer on my phone but it won't let me.

Well, what happened was my friend got an Iphone 5 and all she has to do is plug it into her computer, and take the music from her music file on on her computer and drag it into itunes and it's on her phone. I tried that and when I drag it into itunes it doesn't drag over into the folder for my phone.
I have an uncommon deflector case and I simply can't take it off. My fingernails are destroyed from trying. Please give me some tips on how to take this damn case off? I need to change my sim card.
They say it has an Alluminium body but isn't the white or black parts, depending on the colour of course, polycarbonate plastic like the Samsung S4 or is that Alluminium too?
The reason I'm asking is because I'm not sure whether to get the Samsung Galaxy S4 or HTC One.
