I feel like I don't fit in my own generation?
I'm a 20year old male, that was raised with Christian beliefs. I love to go to church, I still believe in chivalry and I love old music, (mainly rock, Spanish rock and classics, some modern rock too). Anyways, I can't seem to find anyone to relate to in my generation. All the girls I've been with just want to party and have sexx and stuff. I'm ok with the sex part. But I like to have deep conversations about life, and real world things. I'm in college and all the girls just want to party. I thought I found my soul mate awhile ago, I thought she was perfect until she ditched me for some rich guy, and now I'm really sad most of the time, but it's life. Anyways, I feel like I don't fit in with my generation, I hate change, I hate what America is turning into. Is here something wrong with me? Years ago people would go out and watch the sunset, hike and camp. Now everyone just sits on their asses watching tv or on their iPhones. Am I the only one that feels like this? I mean… Even some folks that are older than me act like immature brats. I don't understand. Sometimes I think I'm wrong for wanting something different, something traditionally, something beautiful.
