What are new good iphone apps?

I need some new ones preferably free but will pay a few dollars. I'd like good photography/apps for Instagram, good games, maybe some utilities but anything really!

ITUNES RESTORED MY IPHONE

So yesterday i went on iTunes and wanted to download some games but i don't know how to use it. Anyway i pressed restore iPhone! And i went to o2 to see if i can do anything about it they said yes and write instructions down for me and said that when it opens up i need to click this this BUT ITS NOT THERE! They said i can get it back but as i said i don't know were the button is or how to do it.

Instagram Personal News Feed Not Working?

I receive the normal iPhone push notifications when someone @ tags my username in a comment, but when I open up the Instagram app, the tags do not show up in my personal news feed. The feed is loading properly and the time (4 hours ago, etc.) does update, but no activity is showing up as of yesterday morning.

I've logged out and in, I've redownloaded the app but nothing has worked.

Any ideas?

Added (1). I'm sorry, I forgot to add it has a crack on the back, but everything else is perfect. Got the lifeproof case after it cracked. The lifeproof case is 79.99 alone though, so I know it has a crack in the back but do you think 215 is unreasonable if your getting both, I won't be offended! I've had it on eBay for a couple hours and have only had four looks. So maybe it's too high?

IPhone 4 receiving texts late?

Recently I've noticed that my phone (iPhone 4) is receiving texts late. My phone says the people sent the texts like 30 minutes before I get them. I have AT&T and the people have different carriers (if that helps). I have the latest iOS update. My phone isn't jail broken. Any easy ways to fix this that won't like delete things from my phone?
