How to connect Wi-Fi on Visual Land tablet?

I purchased a Visual Land Android tablet yesterday from Walmart and I can't get my Wi-Fi to connect. My iPhone is connected, and the Internet works fine on my computer, but ever since yesterday, it hasn't connected on the tablet. When I turned the Wi-Fi on, and saw the network, I put in the password, and at first said it was connected, or saved. Then after a few seconds, said it's authenticating, and its been doing that ever since. Any ideas on what I can do? (Yes, I already called Visual Land customer service, but they're closed on the weekends.) Thanks!

I downloaded a lot of new music to itunes and i wanna get them into my phone but no charger will connect my iphone to the computer and i have 4 that charge without a computer but i need it to connect is the problem with the computer or my phone? Cause i think i managed to connect it to another computer

Added (1). To darkmethod but i will lose all my songs and i have a lot, can i save them somehow?

My iphone is stolen and it is turned off. I tried to use find my iphone app but it doesn't show its location. I went to police too. What else can i do to find its location?
