Can an iPhone 4s sim card work in any other phone?

My iPhone 4s isn't in great condition and I tried to take out the sim card and put it in my friends droid which runs on 4g and it wasn't recognized at all. We both have verizon btw. So did the sim card not work because iphones only have 3g or can I not just switch the sim card to a different phone? Is there a way to switch my sim card to another phone?

How to charge iPhone 4S battery?

I got an iphone 4s in december and so far the battery life is phenomenal! I haven't had any issues. I charge the phone every night when i go to bed, and let it charge over night and take it off just before i leave the house for school. The battery will usually last until i'm ready to go to bed that night, at about 5% but i normally just let the phone die before i put the phone on the charger. I do this 3/5 times if not more out of the week. Or i will let it drop to 5-20% before charging. My friend told me that if i let my iphone completely die before charging that it takes 20mins off the battery life each time. IS THIS TURE? It concerend me when she said this because i do it very often. If i'm charging my phone wrong what do i do? How should i charge it?

Using iphone 3gs with straight talk?

Okay I'm confused. I have a straight talk smart phone already but want an iphone so i bought an unlocked 3gs to use. I put my sim card in it thinking that would be all i had to do but it won't work. I can text on it but when i try to use the internet it says it isn't connected to the internet. Do i have to buy a brand new sim card and activate it then? Also i can't get hardly any service, one bar at the most when i would normally have full service. Ugh help!

Music from amazon cloud to iphone?

I recently purchased an iphone but i had a lot of music on my old android device. It's on the amazon cloud so i can download that as an app and listen to it there but i would prefer to have it on my phone and not need the app. So is there anyway to download it from the cloud to my phone? I also still have my old phone

Could I transfer and app to my iMac?

IMovie on the iMac is 14.99 dollars, and thats pretty expensive. I was wondering if iMovie would still work if I bought it on my iPhone (4.99) then transfer it to my iMac then use it. Is this possible?

Can Japanese SoftBank iphone 4s be unlocked?

Can this iphone be unlocked using redsn0w and all that, or must I use gevey sim or some other thing. I don't care to get it to be permanently (Factory) unlocked, just unlocked so I can use it.
