Can i put just data on my iphone?

I have a nice phone that i'm happy with (not a iphone).So my dad got a iphone 5 and gave me his iphone 4. I don't need a phone i on iphone i only want data. Can i do that?

I had the iPhone jail broke and i was resetting the settings so i could have default settings and when it turned off then back on it wouldn't go past the iPhone apple sign and i can't get it to go past!

Ok so, I've been playing this game on my iPhone 4s for 8 months or so, but I keep having problems with my iPhone. I want to send it back to its factory or wherever they send it to get fixed or replaced, but, I'm afraid that if they replace it with another one (cause that would be normal) I will lose everything i struggled within the past months. I know that you have like an account there or something, but if i remember corectly I could play without that too.
Anyway, any suggestions? Anyone plays this game and can help me find out? I really need my iPhone fixed an I'm PREETTTY sure it's gonna be replaced.

How to get installous on iphone 4s?

How just jailbroke my iPhone 4s, and I've tried using cydia to get installous. I went to manage > sources, and clicked edit then add and tried adding cydia.hackulo.us as a source just like google said but it gives me an error saying hostname could not be found. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong or another way to get installous.
