So i've heard that the newest iphones 4 can't be unlock i bought it thrue ebay so i dnt think they bought it recently. So i don't know if to unlock it it needs to be in line (or service, att*), so i don't know if it needs to be in service. What do i need to have to unlock an iphone 4 from att?

I have an iPhone 5, and I somehow changed the store to the UK. It's not on the iTunes on my computer… It's the iTunes on my iPhone. Can someone help me change it? I'm in the US, not in the UK, and I can't download any other apps until I change back.
When I check my inbox on my iphone or from the computer, there are not any new messages. When I go into my e-mail account in yahoo mail, my new e-mails are in my notes folder instead of my inbox. On my iphone, there's not a "notes folder" avaliable for me to view. I did not even realize there was a notes folder until I accessed my yahoo mail through the computer. This is the first time I have had this to happen.
I'm on ios 6.0.1 with a tethered jailbreak, I wouldn't say I'm a newb but I'm new and familiar with what I'm doing. Earlier today I tried to delete siriport off of my from cydia and it asked me to reboot; without thinking I pressed reboot and yelled at myself. All throughout the day I wasn't home but when I got home, about 8 hours I reboot the tethered jailbroken phone, I immediatly went to redsn0w 0.9.15b3 and went to justboot. I did everything like how I would normally boot up the phone from redsn0w but this time it was stuck on the pineapple boot logo. I put it into dfu mode again and just boot the device and for some reason it just won't get off of the pineapple boot logo. Any suggestions?
