I have an iPhone 4 and they screen has been destroyed. The back glass has also been cracked, but I can fix that myself easily. Where can I send my iPhone to get repaired for a decent price? I have recently heard of the iResQ. Is this a reliable and well priced site to use?

My photo stream reached 1000 photos, and some photos I don't have saved on my camera roll, some photos got deleted. Is there any way of recovering them?
It's an iPhone 4, updated all the way. Music and tones will play for about half a second, and then no sound. My phone will occasionally vibrate/ring when I'm getting a call, but it's rare. And when I shut it off, it'll just turn back on by itself, so it never stays off.
WHAT DO, GUYS? I've tried problem solving each problem individually and nothing is helping so far, is there something I can do to fix all this or some of this?
Near the part that goes into the phone is all scrunched up kind. Is there a way to fix this? Please help! It isn't charging and my mom won't buy me a new one!

I have a Iphone 3 and 4 and am wondering if i can sync them to the same itunes/computer without deleting any apps or contacts or music.
I deleted my Mail account, forgetting that notes were attached to it because I wanted to have a different mail account on my phone, and when i realized i added it back, and all of my notes were still there, but they were all duplicated since i had both accounts on I guess? So i was deleting some of the duplicates and then (i don't know how or why) all my notes for the last 6 months got deleted.
Is there any way to get them back?
Now please read this THOROUGHLY BEFORE making comments. I find on here too often people not reading FULL details before they answer. I'm currently using an "unlocked" iPhone 3Gs with AT&T's GoPhone prepaid service. I was told by AT&T it was "unlocked" so I was free to choose my carrier & I chose them. Now my iPhone 3Gs is cracked, broken, & not functioning 100%. Instead of opting to pay to have it fixed, I would prefer to see about buying a used iPhone 4. I know a friend who has 1. Not exactly sure if it's "unlocked" but I feel I could handle doing that. So my question if anybody has ever worked for AT&T or knows about them. If I get this iPhone 4 "unlocked" could I pop my current sim card in & get this activated under my current pre-paid account? The lady selling the phone called & asked & they told her as long as I have the sim card YES. I just want to get more than 1 view on this before I drop the cash on this phone & am left with a phone that would basically end up being more like an iPod touch if it wouldn't connect with my plan. I think I covered my bases. So please read & understand before commenting. Thanks!
Added (1). Yes the iPhone 4 I'm looking into buying is for AT&T already. That is what sparked my interest into buying it to begin with. And I have no problem getting another sim card. That's easy. And this iPhone is also already unlocked so it appears I should have no issues. I just wasn't sure about all phones that are eligiable to use for pre-paid plans. I thought maybe I just got lucky with the iPhone 3.
