I got my brand new iPhone 4 the other day and I keep trying to set a ring tone on it, and when I select the one I want and someone calls, it won't ring. It won't even vibrate when I put it on vibrate. Its brand new, never been used, so I don't think it could be broken. Maybe its on a weird setting. Either way, when someone calls or texts me, I won't know because I can't hear it.
I have iPhone 5 running iOS 6.1 with baseband 03.04.25, and I want to make factory permanent unlock for it. Ultrasn0w and gevey sim couldn't unlock my iPhone. So how can unlock my iPhone 5 as it stuck on Apple logo screen, please help.

I change my like every two weeks. Like does it mess up your phone from taking it out and in? Does it also mess up the reception cus I been losing signals back & forth even when I don't have a case on
Its has just started recently and i have even tried headphones but it still only lets one side to work. I was just wondering if i need to get my phone fixed or if there's an explanation to this?
