I'm about to buy a iPhone 4s from a apple store nearby, and i was wondering if they update the software on the devices they have in stock. Because i would like to buy my iPhone with iOS 5 installed instead of iOS 6. The latest iOS is pretty lame and its like they've tried to update the previous iOS, but failed. For me, iOS 5 runs smoothest and its the most stablest for me.

For me I'm actually trying to quit it all together. I hate it. And I also don't want to be the mom who posts pictures of her newborn baby on facebook the day its born until its old enough to have its own facebook. It takes the special out of everything. "She took her first steps! I have to film this with my iPhone and put it on facebook!". Its just not special anymore. I don't want every exciting thing to happen to me to be put on facebook. So I'm trying to quit the Internet all together.

I haven't connected my iphone to my itunes pc for ages and ever since then i can't listen to the itunes uni stuff. When i connect it - it says there's an update available for your phone ios 6 something. My current software version is 4.3. I updated my whatsapp and now i can't receive pictures ( i can't download them) I assume if i download and update the software it should work - but is it any danger at all? I heard some things like my friends updated their phones and then their Wi-Fi stopped working and etc. But maybe their phones were jailbroken or whatever? I bought my phone at the airport if that means anything… So… What i'm saying is - should i download and update my phone to that new version and will be any danger at all?
Lately my home button sounds crunchy like when I press it once it sounds as if I pressed it twice and crunchy as if it was a double click sound also it is very loud as if it was rusty. How can i fix this?
I want to buy an iphone because the phone I have is starting not to work to well. I want to buy the iphone 4s from Virgin Mobile & I found out about the 18 month financing plan that best buy has. This plan would be perfect for me because there's no way I would be able to pay $400 something all at once. So if anyone has ever done the 18 month financing from best buy, how did it work? & is it a good idea for me to do that.
I bought an iPhone with Sprint but I can't ever use it because I never have any kind of signal. Sprint always says that they're upgrading their networks when I've complained.
I was wondering if its possible to switch carriers? I don't think it is, but I'm being hopeful.
