How to change my Facebook privacy settings to upload photos from my iPhone?

So I recently updated my iPhone to the most recent OS. After I did this and got on the Facebook app I was asked to sync my photos to Facebook. I clicked no because I didn't want all my photos uploading to Facebook.

I guess I misread it because now whenever I try to upload a photo from my phone to the Facebook app it tells me to change my privacy settings. But how do I do that? I can't find anything in the privacy settings to change which devices I can upload photos from.

What do I do?

How does Bill Me Later on eBay work?

I've used Bill Me Later before for an iPhone purchase but I used their promo offer "No Payments + No Interests for 6 Months" and managed to pay it off in only 3 months. But since this was months ago, that promotion expired. I wanted to buy a couple of things that would total about $100 and used Bill Me Later, which says "Spend $99-$498 and get 6 months to pay." I clicked on the terms and conditions https://www.billmelater.com/cm/paypal/landers/12ebaybmlREUSEk.html but I'm confused how does it work. Will it exactly be like the promotion I used before where I didn't have to pay for 6 months? I didn't have to click a box that says "Yes! I would like No Payments + No Interests for 6 months!" like I had to when I ordered my iPhone.
