How much Internet do I use to update my Iphone 4 to ios 6? - 1

My Iphone 4 has stuffed up completely and I'm running really low on my Internet and I can't 'clear data and content' because I have tried and it has taken more than 24 hours. The only way I can get my phone back to normal now is to restore, but I have to update it as well as restore. Is there a way to restore without updating? If not, how much Internet will it use?

No one can hear me.So, how much does it cost for Telstra or someone to repair these 2 issues? Can they do it or am I screwed? Advice please.

Twitter notifications on IPhone 5?

I set notifications on my iPhone 5 for twitter but when I get one it doesn't show it on the app. Specifically it doesn't show like the 1 or however many notifications I have on the app. It's call badge app icon. It shows it sometimes but why doesn't it show it all the time when I get a notification?

It's not activated, it was given to me by my boyfriend! It's locked to AT&T and I want to unlock it to get service with T-Mobile. How do I do it for FREE, WITHOUT jailbreaking it? I need help. I searched on YouTube and all the videos show them unlocking the iPhone 4 phones but there all ready activated. Mine isn't like I can't call or text but its still locked… Please Help ME.

Downgrade from ios6 to ios4?

so a long time ago when I just got my iPhone 4, for a few hours out of a night I jailbroke my iphone and I think it was still under ios4. I did use cydia at the time just checking out the jailbreak and exploring. I decided I didn't like the phone being jailbroken so I restored it back to its factory setting erasing the jail break. I accidentally upgraded my iPhone to ios6 and really don't like it at all. So my question… I don't have an shsh blob saved on my computer at all I don't think for any of my past ios. I don't even really know how to check to see if I do or not… But… I was wondering if because I opened cydia on my phone in the past, cydia cached the shsh blob for me and was wondering if 1. There was any firmaware for ios4 still around I could download, and 2. If there was, is there anyway I could find that shsh blob from way long ago and use that shsh blob to downgrade back to ios4 so my end result would be so I could upgrade to ios5.1.1 and jailbreak my phone now instead of using ios6.also, would it just be easier to wait until a jailbreak for ios6 comes out then spending all this time on trying to get it back to the way it was?
