Instagram won't save photos to my camera roll?

After I updated my iPhone 4S to iOS 6, the first time I opened my instagram app, a thing popped up that said "allow instagram to access your photos?". I clicked don't allow because I didn't know what it meant. In the past, whenever I took a photo, it just automatically saved to my photo library on my phone. Now it won't. I checked my settings in instagram & they're both set to "on" under save to camera roll. I tried restarting my phone. I tried deleting & redownloading the app. I tried on both Wi-Fi & 3G. It still won't work.

Windows 7 starts but doesn't respond?

I've got a Dell N5030 with Win7 32bit - used to be 64 bit but a computer repair shop reinstalled 32 after they fixed a hard drive issue.
I start up and enter my password fine, the desktop appears. But I try and click on an icon, whether its the desktop or the bottom bar and nothing happens. Start menu doesn't appear either. It started right after I downloaded and installed iOS 6 for my iPhone. I'm still not sure if this is related. But right after installing ios6, iTunes froze. Nothing happened and I restarted the laptop. Upon signing in, the desktop appeared but I couldn't do anything. I've started in safe mode but I don't really get it. It works fine but I can't use my computer in safe mode for ever. All I know from this is that it's not the default settings or core drivers. I can't really afford another trip to the repair shop and end up paying another £40 to sort it out let alone buy another computer.
I'm not sure if I've left anything out - if some vital info is missing let me know in your answer and I'll add extra details.

My iphone 4 won't send texts?

I got the new IOS 6 update, and now that i've done that, i can't send text messages. I can send iMessage, but not texts. I can receive texts/imessages. But i can't send.

Anyone have a idea on how to fix it?

I Have iPhone 4.should I get iPhone 5?

Should I get it in black or white and why? Would white get dirty easily or easily to tell it got dirt or something on it?
and also, the reason why I want iPhone 5 is because it also has Siri which is improved and better picture resoultion and has the HD look and iPhone 4 does not. Also, the 3D look on maps looks cool too.

Added (1). I know I can update it to iOS 6 but it sucks because it doesn't have Siri on it
