How much would it be to early upgrade from 4S to iPhone 5?

IPhone 5 has just been unveiled today and I was wondering how much it would be to upgrade to the 5 on the network provider Three. I'm on a £34 a month contract and I think it is worth getting the 5. I'm a massive Apple fan so nothing can change my decision from the 4s to the 5. I was just wondering if anyone had paid an early upgrade on Three or has early upgraded their smartphone on any other network provider and how much they paid.

When do iPhone 5 online pre-orders start?

I have Verizon and want to pre order the iPhone 5 online As soon as possible. I know that Apple released it today and the shipping date and in store date is around September 21st. But, does anyone know what day I can pre order the phone? I'm aware of how fast the pre orders go so I want to make sure I get it. Thank you!

Apple App Store? Trouble Downloading?

I'm trying to download an app, and I have tried many different apps but the same thing happens everytime. I go into the app store and search for the app i want. When the list comes up i obviously pick the one i want. Now here's my problem… When I go to buy or install the app it won't let me install it. It won't even let me select where it says the price. Its kind of a gray blue instead of the blue it normally is…
Now yesturday before i tried downloading the app (i just got an iphone) i hooked it up to my computer and pressed "restore to 'Sammie<3' which was my ipod's name so i could have all the songs on my iphone…
I only have a restrction on safari but having a restriction on the internet hasn't affected the app store before.automatic downloads are off… Does that have anything to do with it? I don't think so because underneath automatic downloads it says 'automatically download new purchases (including free) made on other devices'
use cellular data is off i turned it on and tried downloading the app again and it didn't help at all.

Am i being scammed or am i just a paranoid first time ebay seller?

I'm new to eBay, and I originally made my account to buy a few things but now that money is tight right now I decided to sell. I posted a listing for a iPhone 4S with bad ESN, please know that it's not stolen like people think bad ESN phones are, I simply couldn't pay the bill and I stated that in the listing. Within FOUR minutes of posting the listing someone bought the phone, for $200 plus $4.95 shipping. I read some fourms on ebays site about people buying iPhones, paying for them, then claim they did not receive it and open up a claim to get a refund or they will take stuff out the phone then make up a lie to get a refund. The buyer has good feedback, and I decided to see what he bought from those people, to my surprise he bought all iPhones (all 16 feedbacks were from people he bought iPhones from) I don't understand why someone would want all these iPhones, he bought all of them within 30 days. His account address is to a suite in auracom tech inc in brooklyn NY. After reading all the fourms about the scammers I'm kind of nervous. Can someone give me advice? He just officially paid for the item 20 minutes ago but i can't get the money until 3 days after it has arrived to him so I don't have long before I have to head up to the post office and mail it. Do you think its a scammer or not? It surprised me someone bought it within 4 minutes of posting it, and the fact it sold for $200 with a bad ESN - $200 can buy a new iPhone with a contract and clean ESN so that's why I'm surprised

My iphone 4s will not call or receive calls?

Hi, I just got my new iphone 4s about 2 days ago. It would call, receive calls, and text. It can still receive txts but it will not call or receive calls. If i try and make an outgoing call, it will say "welcome to verizon wireless, there was an error in processing your call, please power down your phone, turn back on, and try your call again" or something like that. If someone tries to call me, it will go straight to my voicemail. I'm extremely frusterated. I have reset the phone umerous times, *228 and options 1 and 2. I have reactivated the phone. I have searched the web for countless hours for a soulution because the verizon stores won't help me.
