Paypal help proof of ssn! Under 18?
Hello and thanks for checking out my question here is my problem:
I'm 16 and had this paypal for 3 years or so maybe more I also have another one that is verified and all just don't use as much I use paypal to track purchases on eBay so I buy an ipad and download the paypal here app instead of paypal (which is not on ipad but can get the iPhone version) so I ended up trying to sign in and they asked me for all my info I made it 3+years ago so I did not remember everything I think I might of givin one or two wrong answers so now they limited my account until I provide social security documentation fax or upload files I'm 16 and my parents have my ssn so I can't do that but the bigger problem is I got a refund of 40 dollers from a game that didn't work and now it transferred into my debit card (money reload able card buy from any walgreens) it says complete but has a yellow error and says I must provide ssn for it to be transferred to my card I need the money as I have to pay for something is there anyway to bypass this
You have a problem… PayPal is suspicious that you are not 18 years old yet and wants proof that you are.
Until you can give them the documentation they ask for they will not release your funds and if that information means admitting that you are not 18 yet… You won't see a penny either.

No. You lied about your age when you signed up since you must be 18 to create a PayPal account. Now your money will be in limbo for the next six months or more. Your account won't just be limited, it will be shut down when you can't prove your age.
No. You lied so much you can't even remember your lies, and broke the rules to use the site, and now they've rightly thrown you off of it. Kiss your $40 goodbye.
Paypal is not a suspicious site. I have used it many times to buy stuffs from international website. Paypal india needs verification for the account. PAN card must be entered. If you are underage then you need your parents consent. All the transaction in paypal are now regulated. Get help from your parents as soon as possible. Only adults can help you with.

Ok long story short i lost my iphone 4s and the only proof of purchase i have is the box it came with btw i bought from cash generators, do you think if i go in to the shop and ask them they could give me proof of purchase with the imei number on i bought it on that 12 week thing where you pay a deposit and have 12 weeks to pay it off.
