PayPal Help? Automatically Withdraws My funds?

Okay, I send an Invoice to a customer, then they pay, I then go on my iPhone PayPal app, and it says that the money was added then is pending withdrawl.

Can you access it via a computer? Automatic withdrawals doesn't use to happen with me at least. What can happen is the money the person sent was via an e check or similar and that can take some time to get cleared on your paypal account balance.

  • Multiple smaller checks to avoid the $1000+ funds availability hold at USAA? I have USAA and I plan on using the Deposit@Mobile method of depositing with the USAA iPhone app. I want to deposit $1200 on Monday but I need the funds a few hours after I create and scan the checks in. I plan on using two $600 checks to bypass the $1000 funds availability hold regulation (that is federally enforced, to my understanding). Any potential blow back?
