I have a little experience in this and wondering if someone could help me out!

I have a Peugeot 206 2000 Reg and am looking at putting a new radio in. The only problem I'm having is what adapters of fittings will I need to change it for stock to an after market radio. I'm looking at buying…

Off my friend for pennies.
I have posted a photo of the cables coming from my Peugueot.

What adapters will I need? Is it possible?

I found these…

Peugeot 206 Radio Wiring - Alpine Radio

The black socket to the left looks like it's for the speakers (very thin cables). The middle white one looks like the original power supply. The black rightmost one looks like it has been tampered with.

  • Will an iPhone 5 with iOS 7 work on an Alpine iDA-X305S head unit? I own an Alpine iDA-X305S head unit which is iPod/iPhone compatible, it allows me to control the music (and Pandora internet radio) from the unit. I'm looking forward to upgrade my iPhone with iOS7, but I would like to know if there's some kind of compatibility issue with the head unit and this new OS. Since the unit doesn't have a CD playback, losing compatibility with the head unit would practically leave me with FM and USB flash drive capabilities in my car.
  • Play songs on iPhone through radio? There used to be this little thing you plugged up to your iPod and put your radio on a certain station and you can listen to the music on your iPod through the radio, is there any way to do this with an iPhone without that little thing?
  • Peugeot 206 - how to play iPhone music in my car? I already have a cheap FM transmitter but FM transmitters in general are pretty poor quality and don't cut the fine edge. The bass sounds poor and it frequently drops out and then back in I'm looking for a way to hook my iPhone up to the car with a wire, but I don't want to have to take my radio out etc… Is that possible?
  • How to improve the FM radio reception on my iHome radio? I have an iHome docking station. It's an alarm clock / radio / iPod or iPhone dock. I would love to improve the FM radio reception on it, but it seems everyone recommends an external antenna. I just think it's a little unnessasary for me to purchase one just for my alarm clock radio in my bedroom. Any other suggestions? Thanks! (ps, the antenna on it isn't your typical metal one. It is more of a long, flexible wire)
