Police gave me a ticket what do I do? I'm in LA?
I'm 20 years old I live in a neighborhood affiliated with gangs so police is always around.
One night I was walking to the corner to meet my friends but noticed the cops had pull em over cause they were in the car drinking. So I was obvious not involved
I was at least 5 feet away from the scene pretty much in front of a friends house I then went around the scene & took out my phone to take pictures so then I went back to the other side to get a better view I started recording & out of no where the cop detained me assuming that I was throwing up an "H" (a gang sign also known for a gang around my block) I was confused he assumed I was throwing it up not knowing how I hold my phone when I was just holding my iPhone to record he said hey, throw it up again come here. What rights do I have? At the end he gave me a situation for J walking I have court in January How do I fight this? I clearly didn't do nothing just crossed the street. I think he used that as an excuse to pull me over
Did you cross the street in a cross walk, with the light? If not you are guilty of j-walking and should pay the fine.
Go contest it and tell your side of the story. He probably won't even show up and if thats the case you automatically win the case.
- Will PS4 get NFL Sunday Ticket and other good apps? I know it's not a "entertainment hub" like the XB1 but lets face it, it's 2013, it isn't all about gaming now. I want to enjoy some apps, netflix, NFL, ex. Will Sony put more and better apps on the PS4? And also, do you think they'll allow gaming recording and the ability to play music through it from (for example) your iPhone? And will they upgrade their camera to do better voice commands?
- TGV shows me two different departure time for the same ticket. Why? I bought a ticket from Lyon to Paris via TGV. They sent me the ticket as an e-mail, and departure time is 21.19 on the mail. I also downloaded the ticket to my iPhone Passbook app, and the departure time for the same ticket appears as 22.19 I'm confused. Which one is correct you think? Train number is the same on both tickets that is 6634, and the departure date is 21st of September. Can you please help?
- Someone gave me their iphone 4 but i just want to use it as an ipod will that work? Its verizon and i just want to use it to play games take pictures like an ipod but i don't want a data plan will it charge to their account when i use the phone & will it work as an ipod without a data plan? If i just have Wi-Fi please help thank you
- He gave me this kind-of riddle? So I'm talking to a guy who just bailed on me for something important, but he asked if I had an ipod/iphone which I do then said that his code was "---" (<-4 digit code there) and for me to "work it out" then went off to do the thing he bailed on me for. I've tried googling it but I'm at a loss, anyone help me out?
