Preping a second hand iPhone for use?
My friend is giving me his old contract iPhone 4 and my htc has gone and died. How is best to prepare it for me being the new owner?
I'm getting a Pay as you go microsim for it

Restarting the whole phone would be a good idea, then you could set up your own iTunes account etc.etc.
Just perform factory reset. It will clean it from embarasing stuff.
Restore… Resett… Or Format… Then transfer all contacts… And update your details
- What should I know before buying a second hand iphone 4? So I've found a good deal for an iphone 4 but the thing I'm worried about obviously is getting scammed. I'm pretty sure it's not a China product but what I'm worried is things like if the iphone 4 is unlockable or not, the IMEI is blacklisted(do i have to worry about this too?).
