Problems putting DVD onto iPhone?

I have followed the instructions in the link below perfectly, but it always gets stuck on 8% when I'm trying to decrypt it. It comes up with an error message which says:

I/O Error!

I have no idea what is wrong. I have checked the disk and it looks fine but I'm about to run it through my electronic cleaner and hope that helps. By the way, doubt it's important but the film is The Hunger Games (completely legit, bought from Tesco.) But it always gets to the same point. Please help and if so thanks for your time.

Use an alternate converting solution like Aimersoft video converter or Xilisoft(preferably) it is Very easy to use and has options to convert dvd into ipod format
