Problems with IPhone 4S after 6.1.1 update?

Hi, I've been having a Wi-Fi problem with my IPhone 4S.Info below:

I noticed that my internet will work perfectly at my home Wi-Fi, but if I disconnect from my Wi-Fi or leave home, the internet won't work! This is a new problem ever since I updated to IOS 6.1.1. Before I would get internet anywhere perfectly (5 bars) no matter where or what! My phone & texting still works, it's only my internet! I also tried Siri and noticed it won't respond to my commands (Siri uses the internet). All of this works with my Wi-Fi at my house only.
Does anyone else have this problem, or know how to fix it?

Added (1). The Cellular setting has been on the whole time, rebooted it, still no internet!

You probably have cellular off.
go to settings-general-cellular, and make sure its on

Make sure the CELLULAR DATA APN is correct and cellular data is ON in the settings.

After updating my iphone to the latest version (5.0.1I think it was) my phone just randomly started shutting off and coming to a blank white screen and then an error screen and after a few times it went back to normal then shut off again. My phone would not turn on its screen and it kept vibrating whenever I try to charge it. And the worse part of it i that its over heating.
