Problems with iPhone 6 storage?

I'm have a ton of problems with the storage on my iPhone. 'Documents & Data' and 'Other' are taking up many gigs of storage. Is there a way to reduce it.

I've already deleted and re-installed various apps on my iPhone and still not change.

When you delete photos, they are actually moved to a folder called "recently deleted" and are kept for up to 30 days before being permanently deleted. If you recently deleted photos to make space, go to folders in photos and tap "recently deleted" tap "select" then "delete all" all the photos you deleted within the last 30 days will be deleted from your hard drive.

First of all, you should know what are the 'Documents & Data' and 'Other' storage, Mostly it's seems like it's filled with cached files and data. That can include:

Documents & Data
Safari browsing data
Mail data
iTunes data, including files that have been streamed

The most effective way to clear out "other storage" is to perform an iTunes backup and restore. But if you don't want to reset your iPhone, you can iMyfone Umate for help.
