PS Vita vs 3DS vs IOS (iphone 5)?

Which handheld gaming device should I get or keep (iphone only)
I already have an iphone but I'm starting to miss having a phsycial buttons. Should I stay with my iphone and wait for good games to come out or should get a vita or 3ds?

Ok, first off, let's be clear, the iPhone is not a handheld gaming device, mobile gaming is NOT on the same level.

Android and IOS have made great strides it's true, but their devices are not made for gaming alone, and the game selection is poor when compared to Vita or 3DS.

Now, as for 3DS or Vita, it's a matter of preference over all. Do you enjoy old school Nintendo games? Nintendo exclusive content like Zelda and Mario? Do you not care about the display and stellar graphics? Do you want 3D? If most those things appeal to you get a 3DS.

Or, would you rather have a beautiful display, two analog sticks, and compatibility with ps3/4? If you enjoy Sony exclusive content like Ragnarok and Persona, Dynasty Warriors and Soul Sacrifice. It's clear you should get a Vita. It's library is smaller, but it's growing every day, Sony hasn't abandoned it, like people want you to think.

It's your call, but mobile gaming isn't in the mix to me, just can't compete atm.
