Recording YouTube videos on iPhone?

I want to start a cooking channel on YouTube. I have a few questions about how to do it.

1. This will be done on my iPhone. What programs or software will I need? At this time, I do not have a computer.

2. I'm a member of a fitness page on Facebook. Is there a way to separate the healthy cooking from the non-healthy on the same page.

Here is how a typical video will go:

Today we're making vegetable stock. The ingredients are 4 onions, quartered, skins on, two carrots, two stocks of celery, broken in half and rinsed well. One clove of smashed garlic. (Ill put it in the pot) to this we will add 2 quarts of water, two bay leaves, four sprigs of parsley and eight sprigs of thyme. Place on the stove on high heat until it simmers. (At this point the video will stop until it's simmering)

Great Now that we've reached our summer, back to heat down to low to medium low. Allow this to simmer uncovered for 45 minutes, occasionally skimming the foam. (Video will stop again and start after 45 minutes have passed)

From there I'll show how to strain it and show the finished product.

First - kudos to you for having scripts. (You do have scripts - right)?

* Clamp for your smart phone
* Tripod - both floor standing and desktop type
* Lights (Look for 3-point lighting tutorials on YouTube)
* Digital Audio Recorder (Zoom or Tascam $99)
* Movo lavilar microphone (Movo $30)
* A PC powerful enough to edit video
* Video editing software
