Regardimg charging iphone through laptop via USB cable?
This is my issue. When I start my laptop (running Windows Vista), when I plug in my iPhone through USB, I can charge it and access it through iTunes as it should be but as soon as I unplug it, when I replug it the laptop doesn't recognize it and it won't charge at all. When I access device manager, I see a little triangle with an exclamation mark saying error code 10. Any idea how I can fix this issue?
Win vista isn't the smartest iso, you would have to manually config it to read it correctly
- Pandora won't play through car speakers via USB? I currently drive a 2012 Chevrolet Malibu LT and I usually play Pandora on my iPhone via the USB out which is included in the sound systems inside the Malibu models. For a while everything played perfectly, but not it does not. When I plug it in, my car recognizes that it is plugged in and the name of the Artist and song appear on the sound system like normal. However, it only plays through the speakers on my phone. What is the problem? Should I get a different connection other than USB?
- My usb cable for iPhone seems to have problem with charging? My usb cable for iPhone seems to have problem with charging - either by charger or via usb port it does not work. But it is recognized by iTunes. Any ideas except of buying another one? No, there's no error message. There's even little lightning showed on battery icon, but it does not charge at all - tonight I put plugged it in with 33% of battery and when I came back it was totally dead…
- Iphone - Charging / Cheap usb cable? 1) I'm pretty sure its like this with all electronics, but i'm curious, what's the deal with charging iphones? Like is it ok to leave it charging when its on, even if its been at 100%? And what about leaving it charging when its off? Is that ok? Because I heard its not good for the phone or something like that. What can and can't I do for charging it? 2) Where can I find a cheap Lightning Usb Cable for the 5? I need an APPLE cable, not any other brand.
- IPhone charging cable not supported but still charging? I have a genuine Apple cable that came with my iPhone 6 (updated to the latest iOS). It fully charges up but when it gets to 100% I get a message that says "this accessory may not be supported". I don't see any damage to the cable and I have only had it a couple of months. Not sure whether to just ignore it or not?
