Release date for 6.1.3 jailbreak iphone 4s?

I would like to know when the jailbreak 6.1.3 for iPhone 4S will be release?

Untethered - you can use jailbroken whenever
Semi-untethered - You need to plug in for all features (limited features if you don't plug in)
Tethered - You need to plug in all the time to use jailbroken

Apple iOS 6.1.3 for iPod, iPhone, and iPad are not possible to jailbreak fully untethered. However, you can for tethered, or semi-untethered. Apple released a patch for iDevices (6.1.3) to disable the ability to jailbreak. Apple is informed about jailbreaking. When 7.0.0 (or 7.something) is released, Apple will allow those devices to be jailbroken.

Conclusion:
You can kinda jailbreak 6.1.3, but I suggest you wait until iOS 7 when Apple will allow people to jailbreak. I think this might also be only allowed for iPods or iPhones with no service (and iPads).

Alternative:
You can downgrade your iPhone, but you need to know a lot about that stuff, and you need to get a lot of programs like RedSnow and others.

Just wait for 7.0.
