Research paper on iPhone Group Chat?
So for an English assignment I'm allowed to write a 8-12 page paper on the topic of my choice. I decided to get a bit creative, deciding my topic was going to be about a group chat I have with my friends via iPhone. The conversations are usually constant throughout the day and the characters involved would help assist the paper. The only problem is it's a research paper so I need multiple resources. Is there any way I could put a spin on psychology in this instance or are there any possible ideas for going about writing on a topic about having a conversation with a couple of friends?
How technology impacts communication or changes communication?
You can try to figure out what impact technology has on sharing? Perhaps face to face someone would be more intimate with sharing details and on the other hand the exact opposite could be true. There could be a piece on lost in translation that what we convey on the internet isn't actually how you would convey it in real life? You might argue that it's easier to communicate negative news on the internet as opposed to delivering negative news face to face for some?

I think to make this a research paper, you are going to have to either
1) fins OTHER chat groups and compare the experiences
or
2) find other research that has already been done.
Maybe you could compare iPhone Chat groups to other chat groups.
- IPhone Whatsapp group chat crash? Not sure since when when I try to enter a group chat the app crashes, other things work fine and I'm only having trouble with that specific group chat. It freezes for 2-3 sec then jumps back to the home screen. What can I do?
