Reset all settings on iPhone 6?
I've been having recent battery issues on my iPhone 6. It just tends to die quicker than it used too. I was talking to an Apple person and they mentioned Resetting all settings. Is this a good idea for the problem I'm having? She said it won't affect any of my data or pictures or anything like that. I know that my Wi-Fi settings will change and ringtones and stuff like that. Is there anything else that will change?
It can benefit it yes. If it is under warranty ask for another phone for free before you do so though because it is not 100% guarantee it works.
She probably suggested it to clear out any apps or settings that might consume a lot of battery power. It might or might not work. It does reset a lot of things.

I have jailbroken my device and used terminal to change my MAC address so that I could connect to school's Wi-Fi. But when I wanted to change it to its initial number, I typed in a wrong value and it just messed up my Wi-Fi, I can't connect to Wi-Fi anymore. Wonder if resetting to factory settings would help…
