Restore backup to new iPhone?

I would like to restore backup from my old iPhone to my new iPhone in iTunes. Will the high scores of the applications also be restored?

Yes, save game data within the apps are stored if you have enabled that option in iCloud. All Game Center related achievements/leaderboard data will also remain, as that is stored on Apple's servers, and not on the device itself.

Is there anything I can do to get them back on my phone (they are still on my iPad mini), without using my Mac?
