Restore iPhone 4s without updating firmware?

I'm currently using iPhone 4s running IOS 5.1.1 as I can't upgrade due to using a gevey ultra s to use my phone on o2 as its locked to orange.

Now when I try use custom firmware I get all sorts of errors, I just want to restore without updating,

If that fails any free IMEI unlocks? For orange UK

If you restore your iPhone it will automatically update your ios. That's the new apple set up for the restore. And once you are already on the latest ios, you won't be able to downgrade. And for the unlock, I don't think there's a free unlock process. So you better find a good iPhone Unlock Service for your phone.
